Head of Customer Service (m/f/d) (maternity cover)

Join our Customer Service team – for the duration of a maternity cover, you will take responsibility for a small team and ensure smooth, customer-focused operations in day-to-day business!

Your responsibilities

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of a Customer Service team (2 employees);
  • Ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, delivery schedules and shipping processes;
  • Acting as the central point of contact for customers, internal departments and freight forwarders;
  • Coordinating delivery dates and handling invoices, credit notes and complaints;
  • Developing and optimising Customer Service processes;
  • Actively contributing to daily operational tasks.

What you bring

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification;
  • Several years of experience in Customer Service, ideally with initial leadership experience;
  • A structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach to work;
  • Strong communication skills and confident interaction with customers and partners;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP experience required;
  • Excellent command of German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
