Material Preparation Employee (m/f/d)
Our Material Preparation Department is the heart of production! It ensures that the Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) process is reliably, cleanly, and efficiently supplied with all required raw materials at all times. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed employee (m/f/d) who takes responsibility and works with us to ensure smooth operations.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure timely material supply for the blow moulding production;
- Regularly check and replenish material and batch stocks;
- Provide raw materials, batches, and regrind;
- Set up and monitor colouring equipment, including documentation;
- Determine and record consumed material quantities;
- Goods receipt: unloading, checking delivery documents, and reporting discrepancies;
- Proper and clean storage of raw materials and batches;
- Clean colouring equipment, mills, and platforms;
- Conduct regular inventory checks of raw materials and regrind.
