Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Join our Customer Service team and help ensure outstanding customer support and smooth order processing for our national and international customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide professional support and assistance to our national and international customers;
  • Process, manage, and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery;
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, production, and logistics departments;
  • Handle customer complaints and process credit notes where required;
  • Maintain and update customer master data;
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal departments;
  • Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes and workflows.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, business administration qualification, or a comparable degree;
  • Ideally, initial experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing;
  • Strong customer and service orientation;
  • Structured, accurate, and independent working style;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP systems;
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
