IT Administrator (m/f/d)

• Maintain, support, and further develop the company's IT infrastructure;
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software;
• Set up, manage, and support PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment;
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and IT workstations;
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize network and server infrastructure;
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (first- and second-level support);
• Work closely with external IT service providers while gradually bringing previously outsourced IT services in-house;
• Support IT projects and the implementation of new hardware and software solutions;
• Contribute to IT security, data backup, and IT documentation.

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Information Technology, such as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification;
• Ideally, initial professional experience in system administration or IT support;
• Good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure;
• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working;
• Strong service mindset and enjoyment of supporting end users;
• Team spirit, reliability, and strong communication skills;
• Good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage.
