Working Student HR (m/f/d)
Become part of our HR team and help shape human resources activities at Joh. Sieben. You will gain valuable insights into all areas of HR and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas in a medium-sized family-owned company.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the HR department in day-to-day operational activities;
- Assisting throughout the recruitment process – from job postings to candidate communication;
- Supporting the organization and implementation of onboarding activities;
- Maintaining and managing employee master data and personnel files;
- Preparing reports, presentations, and HR-related documents;
- Assisting with projects in the areas of personnel development, employer branding, and digitalization;
- Supporting administrative tasks related to human resources management.
What you bring
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study;
- Interest in HR-related topics and modern HR processes;
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working;
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor;
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
